What's fun and quiet at the Clinton Fall Festival....It's our Silent Auction. Escape the hustle bustle of the crowds and slip into our auction, located at St. Dominics Hall on the north side of U.S. 12. The auction will be held September 28, 29 and 30th. The proceeds of the auction go back to Fall Festival towards 2013 operating budget.
TO BE A CONTRIBUTOR TO OUR AUCTION CALL 517-456-8034. You will receive mention in our web site, your name on a sign in front of the auction, plus a place to display your business cards to potentially 50,000 people. The minimum donation is $50.00
TO BID AT THE AUCTION THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:
1. Sign the bid sheet with name, address, phone number and the bid
amount.
2. Bids are increments of $1.00
3. Times are Friday 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m.
CUT OFF TIME IS 11:00 A.M .SUNDAY
WINNERS WILL BE POSTED ON ST. DOMINICS HALL WINDOW AND ANNOUNCED AT PRE PARADE ANNOUNCEMENTS & CONTACTED BY PHONE.
Items will be picked up and paid for Sunday between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at St. Dominics Hall. Unclaimed prizes will go to next bidder after 4:00 p.m. Sunday |
